Privacy

Visitors. We count plays, row clicks and searches as anonymous totals (for example, "sci-fi was played 40 times today") to learn what people like. We don't use cookies for this, don't store IP addresses, and don't build profiles. Page views are measured with Vercel Web Analytics, which is also cookie-free.

Embedded players. When you press play on an embedded film, the host platform (such as YouTube) loads its player and may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy.

Accounts. If you create an account we store your email, an optional name, and a scrambled (hashed) version of your password, never the password itself, plus your My List, ratings and recently watched titles. A sign-in cookie keeps you logged in for 30 days. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Community. Your username, display name, bio, profile photo, posts, comments and photos you attach are public. Votes are anonymous to other members. Reports are private and only seen by moderators. You can delete your own posts at any time.

Creators. When you submit a film we keep your email to contact you about it and to apply our copyright policy. It is never shown publicly or sold.

DMCA notices. Notices, including your contact details, may be shared with the uploader of the material and with the Lumen Database, as is standard practice.
