The lore about the cursed gold and the island that “doesn’t show itself to fools” is honestly the best part. Feels like there’s a much deeper story hidden here that could be expanded into a full series.

Put aside the mistakes.. this is one of the best pirates movie i have ever seen
with great actors and script that keep me watching from start to finish.
i bet all critics of this movie will watch part 2 when it comes out. i love how
it reminds me of Treasure island ( John silver ) and of ( king Kong ) Skull island.
