The thing is, if you want to make an animated movie entirely in a computer without spending a ton of money on voice actors, you can still do that without resorting to generative AI. In fact, someone has. The movie is called Flow, it's about a group of animals coming together to survive a flood in a post-apocalyptic world, it doesn't have a single word of spoken dialogue, and it was modeled and animated entirely in Blender.

We should start calling AI generated images and videos "Computer Rendered Algorithmic Pictures" or "CRAP" for short.

It's insane because some of the most crazy animations/3D artists come from China. To Be Hero X, Link Click, Lord of Mysteries, and not even mentioning the plethora of Gacha game promotional videos. China should be one of the last places for AI Animation to be popping up
