The worst thief in African history is Mobutu. The runaway made with cooperation with colonisers to steal mineral resources. Why UN is landing there every week?

The dictatorship in Africa is unhealthy. There’s the need for a robust democracy in Zaire/congo drc. The passing away of President Mobutu is sad, as is the colonial history of the country.
