I actually cried when he turned back around and looked at his horse and dog before walking into the unknown, the nether. This is literally the best series not only in AI history, but in the history of movies that are made from video games in general. I can’t describe how it makes me feel inside, it’s like a light childlike feeling and excitement.

When you watch this movie, you realize that Minecraft is about exploration and discovery. You find something, like some stones, try digging them up, placing them in a certain way, and suddenly it works. That feeling of novelty and curiosity is what you get during your first few sessions in the game, and it’s something the “real” Minecraft movie failed to capture.

The best use of AI in the film industry that I have seen so far.
