   fun fact, notice that the Chieft Dog and the Wolf, feel odd supportive of the human; they even hide key information that could turn the trial against the Human.

   If I had to guess, Haruku, the AI on his ship, probably sent out a scouting team of drones, possibly looking for him. They were probably humanoid shaped androids that were mistaken for a human in a suit of metal armor. That is why they thought they may be soldiers. To be fair, I wouldn't put it past them if they were armed, leading to the confusion. Hitoshi's aura probably changed in anger of Haruku's actions because they could be seen as aggressive and threatening. He's probably upset that Haruku is disrupting his diplomacy without consulting him.
