Dear Dr. You are a benevolent personality.Iam happened to watch one of your videos just one month ago. I am a person of 77 and well settled. I had been taking 2 pegs minimum almost every day for the last 45 years ,but it did not harm my liver as I used to do morning walks for 5 to 6 kms per day for the last 40 years.
